Developer Interest List
Development of an additional 2,105 homes as well as development of 6-7 million square feet of non-residential space (office, retail, restaurant, entertainment, R&D), new roadways and infrastructure and significant parkland and open spaces, including a 2 mile long linear park are still planned for remaining undeveloped portions of the Tustin Legacy project. Currently, the City is compiling a list of interested developers for these projects.
