Columbus Square

Columbus Square Entry PhotoThe master developer for  Columbus Square is Marble Mountain Partners, LLC, a joint-venture of Lennar Homes, William Lyon, and an investment partner with individual sites within the project sold to merchant developers.  The project, which will ultimately include a total of 1,075 dwelling units, commenced in 2005 and is being developed at an average density of 10 dwelling units per acre.  Construction of the project is on-going and the overall development site is bordered by Edinger Avenue to the north, Kensington Park Drive to the east, Valencia Avenue to the south, and Severyns Road to the west.  

Columbus Square includes a number of different residential products which have been completed to date, and will also include a total of 266 (25%) income restricted dwelling units to be sold and/or rented, as applicable, to Very Low, Low, and Moderate Income Households.

  • Astoria - completed by William Lyon Homes consisting of 38 carriage way style single family detached homes. 
  • Cambridge Lane - completed by William Lyon Homes consisting of 156 courtyard housing condominiums (attached townhomes). 
  • Camden Lane - completed by Lennar homes consisiting of 222 tri-level townhomes. 
  • The Verandas - completed by William Lyon Homes consisting of 97 carriage way style single family detached homes. 
  • The Gables - completed by Lennar Homes consisting of 84 single family detached homes. 
  • Meriweather - completed by Lennar Homes consisting of 114 tri-plex condominiums.
