Columbus Grove
The master developer for Columbus Grove is Moffet Meadows Partners, LLC, a joint-venture of Lennar Homes, William Lyon, and an investment partner with individual sites within the project sold to merchant developers. The project commenced in 2005 and at an average density of 7 dwelling units per acre will ultimately include a total of 465 dwelling units. The project is on-going and is bordered by Moffett Drive to the north, Harvard Avenue to the east, Warner Avenue to the south and Jamboree Road to the west. Columbus Grove consists of a number of different residential products which have been completed to date, and also includes a total of 42 (9%) income restricted dwelling units sold to Very Low, Low and Moderate Income Households.
